Some prefer an office, others prefer a barn!
How many times have you sat down in a quiet office to repeat your story to another stranger, only to leave feeling more misunderstood than when you walked in?
We've been there.
While we have the utmost respect and admiration for our fellow practitioners, we want to reach the clients that are looking for something different than talk therapy - a hands on experience with a horse that can read your emotions and give you reliable feedback helps build self-efficiency, confidence, trust, communication skills perspective, social skills, and helps with anger and impulse control, while still implementing CBT and Solution Focused Therapy with a registered mental health practitioner. If EAT doesn't work for you, we have many resources to provide in your area for the perfect fit for yourself, your child, or dependent.
